Refund Policy

Once the customer paid for connection, a refund will be processed as per the following policies:

Delivery Policy

KR Online shall provide the services to the subscriber within 3 working days. However, in case of any delay, KR Online will notify the subscriber as soon as it is reasonably practicable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the request for a connection will be allowed for the following reasons:

  1. Location of the customer is out of coverage of KR Online Internet
  2. Technical issues at the customer’s end which render providing a connection unfeasible
  3. Change of decision by the customer
